Summary: We went 2 nights for rest for a wrestling tournament and wanted rest. The atrium was so loud of people screaming and we called the front desk to ask when quiet time and they said 11 PM. At 11:30 we called back and said if noise did stop , we were going to call the police. We were told to do what we needed to do. Had to turn off heater as it blew out a moldy smell! Very disapppinted!!!!!
